Assembly

This bed is made a very thick plastic material that is very durable. The bottom is smooth, making it easier to use when shoveling stuff in and out.

All the parts are well built. Overall, I feel the product is durable and likely to last quite a while as long as the axle is greased (has zerk fittings).

Honestly, this has proved to be better built than any of the other trailers. I looked at on the market. This caused me to look into more. Ohio Steel products.

You ask, what did I like and what did I not like about the Ohio  Steel Cart?
I like EVERYTHING about the cart and there is NOTHING to dislike and it's MADE in AMERICA.
It does assemble quite easily. (and I'm not a mechanical person)
I have no idea what Ohio Steel could do to improve this cart, but I'm sure Ohio Steel will try!

I received this for father's day a year ago and haven't been disappointed yet. I have used this cart to haul dirt, rocks, wood, leaves, even water and it took it all in stride. I am certain I've overloaded it several times but it keeps on going. It is surprisingly very well built. It outperforms all others I've tried. Unfortunately, I've slaughtered all of the others within a few months, but this one takes a licking and keeps on ticking. I definitely recommend this cart to anyone who is looking for a heavy duty lawn cart that goes the distance.

While this is a well-built cart and easy to assemble, it does not dump completely. Pressing on the release easily releases to tub so it can be picked up for dumping but the design is such that the tub cannot be lifted straight up enough fully empty the load. You need to scoop at least 50% of it out manually.

Difficult to put together missing bolts in the undercarriage so I don't feel that it's very secure. I'm not happy with the product.
