Can be straightforward, but instructions can be confusing.

My husband and I work hard each autumn to rake up and blow the leaves into the woods at our cabin in the mountains. Sometimes the pile is only partway across the yard and it's so overwhelming and too big to move. I worry about the darn leaves all year—it's such a huge, ongoing job that takes multiple weekends. Last year I found ticks walking up my neck after doing the leaves and this summer I vowed to find a new way. I bought this leaf sweeper to tow behind our old golf cart. The hubby was skeptical. It took a little while to put it together as the pics didn't exactly match the instructions. But I took my time and overall, it wasn't a bad process. I had to also find a hitch for the cart which worked out fine too (Thanks, Amazon.) This product turned out to be an absolute game changer! My husband uses the leaf blower to move leaves to areas that I can get into with with the golf cart and I swing through and sweep them up. We never have to drag them in tarps across the grass anymore or get stuck with an unmanageable pile partway across the yard. It doesn't take long to fill the huge leaf sweeper bag because we have soooo many trees, so its multiple trips to pickup and either back into the woods and easily dump them, or drop them onto a tarp and drag them a little deeper into the woods. It took a little while to determine the best process and which height settings to use for the pickup and drop off, and it's a few trips into and out of the cart each round to keep changing the sweeper settings and moving the cart a little in each direction to get the drop off just right.  But I figured it out and wow, it works great and is so fast and way less effort. Big time saver and a huge relief. No more dreading leaf season! I have to say I laughed a lot at how easy it was and wondered why I never thought of this before. My husband said several times how pleasantly surprised he was. We absolutely love it. It seems very durable and still looks brand new after one season so I have high hopes for it lasting a while. Wish I had a golf cart or tractor at home too so I could buy another one of these sweepers and tackle the multitudes of leaves there as well. But we have to bag them at home, which I despise. I'm considering some new scenarios!

I love this sweeper!

I am so glad I bought this lawn sweeper! It works perfectly on my acre of lawn. Very easy to hook up and go, also super easy to pull the cord and dump the full bag. The best part, initially, was the very easy assembly! I have NEVER seen a product with such great instructions. Everything part is is sealed on a cardboard isolated by each step. Zero confusion!  I highly recommend this product!

I was pleasantly surprised to see how large it actually is.  Others in this price range were puny.  Instructions are easy to follow and the sweeper goes together easily.  You don't have to be a mechanic, but you should seek help if using basic hand tools, and common sense elude you.   The adjustments are great. I hadn't cut my grass in a few weeks since it's cold and wet.  The sweeper had a little trouble with the wet grass and clumping leaves.  The tires lose traction and slide around.  The sweeping action is great and can pick up most pine straw and leaves in one pass.  It had been a while since I cleaned up pine straw in our yard, so it took a couple of passes in some areas.  All in all, it's a great piece.  I've knlg used it a handful of times and does what it's says it does.   ang best the price either.

Was a bit apprehensive about this lawn sweeper, because of the mixed reviews. I am glad that I purchased it! Walmart had the best price and free shipping to boot! The instructions and assembly were both straight forward, the hardest part is inserting the tension rods that hold the hopper open. I have used it 2 times so far and I have to say it does a great job with grass clipping and leaves. The large hopper holds allot and the string pull to empty is great. I hope it holds up as well as it works!

Very well made. Works perfectly, picks up twigs, leaves, grass.  Does exactly what it is supposed to do.  The only reason I gave this four stars was because of the assembly instructions.  Like most assembly directions they could be improved with very little effort.  It took my husband and I about 90 minutes to assemble but would have taken half that time if I had written the assembly instructions!  Ha....

Once assembled, this think works very, very well. At least 100.00 cheaper than any other. I would give it 5 stars except for assembly. The instructions were terrible. They didn't match the parts numbers at all. The pipes were not numbered so you had to guess which one was which. Very frustrating to put together. But it works great.

over all a good product but a little complicated to assemble and doesn't work the best on unlevel ground or if you have any roots in the area being cleared of leaves.

Well constructed but made for level yards.

This is great, heavy duty, picks up the grass clippings.  I have had other brands in the past and it is comparable to Agri-Fab or Swisher brands.  The rods keep popping out of the basket.  Might need to stretch it more to get them tighter, I was crossing the rods initially.

Great product, heavy duty, sweeps well

Item showed up in a tattered box with some of the metal tubes damaged. One of the wheels wouldnt work because it had been bent and was hitting the frame. Pieces had to be straightened before it could be assembled. On a positive note it does pick most leaves and some pin needles.
