[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did a great job. I have hard water and it impacts my hair treatments and makes my hair hard. I have Afro type hair (4c). Hard water buildup makes it coarse. I used this with the Olaplex 4C clarifying shampoo and followed the instructions. I can always tell when a chelator does a good job because my hair is softer after conditioning. It absorbs the conditioner better. I'll definitely keep using it every couple of months.

Great product

I've never used a product that made such a difference in my hair. It made my hair soft and gave it some body which is an accomplishment considering I have fine hair. Expensive--but it goes a long way.
