This item is definitely fake. I have been using Olaplex conditioner for many years and can easily recognize if it's fake. It smells like sewage and after using it only one time I have started losing hair. It made my hair rough, it is nothing like Olaplex. 

I wanted to report it before any one else gets the same bad experience as I did. I also want my full refund. I can send it back to you just in case someone needs to check what is in it otherwise I will through it away as it is not usable. Thanks
