Received very quickly. Exactly as advertised. Ordered the tree straps and had some fun figuring out how to wrap them around the trees sufficiently in order to get the hammock positioned so I'm not sitting on the ground Our first attempt created quite a lot of amusement when I tried it out. Fortunately there's a tutorial on the website that showed us how to correct the problem. Love having a hammock and looking forward to using it once the weather allows. Will be quite easy to detach from the straps and put it away when needed. Highly recommended

Received my order Ottawa to Newfoundland in 24 hours. Quality of the hammock is fantastic. I was considering purchasing some hanging straps but the guy I was talking to at Hammock Universe suggested I probably didn't need them. How refreshing is that. This is probably the best online purchasing experience I've ever had.

Love My New Hammock!

! am so happy with my purchase. I hung my hammock from one side of my garage to the other. Not a big space but it is right in front of my beer fridge and summer has arrived I could not be happier ;

I am quite happy with the hammock and very impressed with the speed of the service. I was building the stand and thought I had plenty of time. The order arrived the next day. Had to finish the stand quickly

Quick service

I received my hammock in a timely fashion but when I installed it on my 13 feet frame the hammock was far too long. It was supposed to fit stands over 11am but the strings had been tied much too long.

I contacted hammock universe with pictures and was offered 2 options to return it for exchange or retire the strings myself and get a 50% refund. 

I went with option 2 and with simple instructions from Paul I had it retired in no time and it hung perfectly.

Refund was processed right away and we were all happy.

Issues will always happen what makes a good company is how they are handled.

I took off 1 star for the quality control but the service gets 5 stars.

Had issues but handled well

My hammock of 20 years finally died when the wood spacers rotted out. I saw this hammock as a replacement for my existing stand and I am glad I did. The product was delivered quickly and was as ordered. The only fault I have is that it was unclear if it came with any hooks or chain. It doesn't . So I had to order that after the fact but the shipping is so fast the hardware came the next day. 



Its a very comfortable hammock. Fabric is surprisingly soft and strong.

Comfortable Replacement

I am so pleased with this hammock. The colours are warm and natural the fabric is durable but soft. The length and width are perfect for my height 5'10" and the hammock is easy for me and my two young boys to get in and out of. Beyond pleased
