I thought I was buying a brand new Oliso Iron at a really good price! What I bought was a refurbished Iron. Nowhere did it say that it was refurbished. That made me feel deceived! That's why I did not give it a 5 star rating. This being said, I intended on returning the iron. I thought I would give it a try. It didn't have a scratch on it. It works beautifully!!! This company that refurbished products should let people know upfront that it is refurbished!!! Then, the people can decide to buy it or not!!!

I think this may have been used.  That explains the low price.  I like the size and shape but the steam doesn't work.  Not worth the trouble to send it back.  I'll just use a mister bottle.
