A rich and creamy combination of ricotta cheese and spinach leaves are wrapped in thin fresh pasta sheets and shaped into squares for family-favourite Olivieri® Fresh Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli. This traditional Italian staple makes a delicious lunch or dinner choice for a restaurant-style meal that will satisfy the entire family. The filling flavours set the stage for an incredible meal with outstanding taste. The hard part is choosing which of our specialty sauces to pair it with. For a creamy white sauce, try our Olivieri® Herb Alfredo or maybe a rich Chunky Tomato & Herb Sauce. You might also like a lighter option such as tossing it with olive oil and sprinkling some Parmesan cheese on top. Boil for 3-4 minutes and serve topped with your favourite one! Try your hand at a southern Italian dish following our Fresh Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli “Puttanesca” recipe found on www.Olivieri.ca. The possibilities are truly endless when you need to whip up a simple yet elegant meal with the help of Olivieri® fresh pasta, sauces and potato gnocchi.

Flavour

Satiety

Product contains less filling than expected, affecting overall satisfaction.

Since these are precooked, just drop them into rolling boiling water. As soon as they come to surface, remove after 3 mins. Serve with bacon and Parmesan cheese with a sauce of your choice. These freeze well direct from the store or even after you have cooked them thoroughly.

1 serving easy to cook

Tasty and easy to make on a busy night or in the spur of the moment.
I boil them then toss with garlic and butter, top with parmesan cheese a delicious meal in a minute.

I always have a package of these in the fridge. Put them in soup or a pasta-based salad, or with your favourite sauce for a quick & tasty meal.

Great Pasta

Delish and no harmful additives

Tasty

I have bought these a few times because I like the taste, and they're quick and easy to prepare. However, the edges of some of the raviolis aren't properly sealed and the contents spill out into the water while they are cooking. Would like to see this problem corrected by Olivieri.

GOOD TASTING and EASY TO PREPARE

I have been buying this pasta for a few years. My family loves it. Unfortunately, the last 2 times I have purchased it, there is hardly any filling it in. I was hoping it was a once off thing but I see a similar review posted. It used to be really good ravioli but it seems to have changed and not for the good. I would hesitate to call it ravioli anymore. I hope this problem can be addressed in a positive way.

Ravioli severely lacking filling

Easy and ready to make

The ravioli aren't really filled. There's too much pasta. It also gets a bit dry and rubbery if you cook to package directions. Maybe next time I'll add 1 more min

too much pasta to filling ratio

They are so bland, even when smothered in different sauces. Just awful. Maybe a little filling would make these have some taste, but it's just bland pasta. Not worth it!

Absolutely tasteless.
