For starters I would like to thank Rob for his outstanding customer service. He was honest and straightforward about his companys' product. This was the big selling point for me, honesty and straightforwardness. He recommended the juicer that met my needs and listening to him I could hear the pride he took in his companys' product and how he stood by it, whether I bought the product or not. The Juicer speaks for itself. It truly is an outstanding juicer and does it as a cold presser. It squeezes the juice out of everything and that is great. I think if I go through that machine it will probably squeeze the juice out of me....Just a joke. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this juicer to all my juicing friends. I am a Paramedic with the FDNY and juicing is one of the healthiest approach in your quest for better health.

have morning juice with everything, from unseeded peppers and grapes to making marinades and salsas for three years. I have yet to find anything this machine can't handle. Don't try and force too much and one time, and cut pieces small enough to fit half the width between auger ridges and it will eat it up like butter.  Keep it clean and understand parts are plastic, if you treat it with care it will just keep on keeping on.

Daily use, sometimes two or three times a day

I just bought this juicer few days ago and I start doing green apple and orange juice and I regret no buy it before. Is ease to clean , quiet and the flavor is amazing. I bought it to do wheat grass but  they are not ready yet. I love my machine and is a great investment what I did. I bought the product Friday night and Tuesday afternoon was in my door. Excellent service for the omega company.

If you are looking for a good juicer, you won't be disappointed with the nc800. If you are looking for an all in one juicer/pasta extruder/nut butter press, you are out of luck. You will need to buy a stand mixer and food processor as well as a juicer.

Great Juicer!

Such a pain when I use wheat grass. Even in small quantity the grass doesn't get pushed forward enough. It stays on rotator arm and this is what happens (it force feeds itself). Other than that I had enjoyed using this Juicer with all adequate veggies and fruits. Hope Customer service is helpful.

Not good juicer for wheat grass.

I juice everyday. I have had this juicer for about 2 years and every 6 months I have to order a new screen. I cannot juice wheatgrass without the screen breaking, i have to cutt up the wheatgrass and its a pain. If they can come out with a heavy duty screen it would be great. I am going to start looking for another juicer that is better for wheatgrass.

I have both juicers; I juice everyday for 4 people.  Recently the drum of the 800 got warpped by a malfunctioning dishwasher dry cycle (overheated) while ordering replacement parts, had put the 8005 back in service. While the 8005 has a smaller feed tube, and needed to cut up produce into smaller pieces, I noticed immediately  that I was getting more juice overall: ~15-20% more. I make a cocktail that includes parsley, kale, spinach, cucumbers cabbage, celery,apples, oranges, beets, and carrots. So, I am staying with my older 8005 model even if prep time is a bit longer.

NC800 vs 8005

parts are cheap and flimsy. They have an excellent warranty but you pay for shipping. For the price, it's reasonable. If you juice daily, there are much better options like the Greenstar 502 or the Angel juicer. I would not recommend this juicer if you plan on using it daily.

Great motor...junk plastic parts

I cannot recommend this product.  If Omega would listen to their customers, admit the filter is not strong enough and redesign so it does not break after ~10 uses, they would actually have a good product. I follow the instructions and use it for wheatgrass on the lowest setting and it still breaks.

Parts break constantly

Super disappointed in the quality of the components.  With minimal use the screen cracked ( they said it was covered under warranty, but charged me for the replacement part) and now the black funnel piece broke off the feeder tube.  Both times the parts broke were when I was just starting to do a cleanse....both times this machine has failed me.  All the attachment pieces are cheap and flimsy and shake when turned on.
