I love this soo much better than my last Omega Paw. This one has clips that are soo much more durable. The grate inside is very sturdy. I really love my Omega Paw Elite upgrade!

After reading the reviews I was skeptical on buying this product. Once I got it and have used it I love it. No more mess to clean. I bought the slide cat litter to use with it which is a extra plus. I just tap the sides of the box as I roll it and everything goes into the tray. I have 4 cats and 2 of these. I clean 2x a day and this makes my life sooooo much easier. Thank You.

The best cat litter helper ever

I was skeptical at first but I ordered the large size for my cat and assembled as directed. It's really easy to use. You literally just roll it and it does the rest! I threw out the cat scooper because you never have to touch the litter again! Just remember to use hard clumping litter though.

This Works!

It was not easy to attach the hood to the litter pan.  The clips are made out of plastic  and I was concerned about breaking them if I forced them shut.  Also, poo sometimes gets stuck in the screen.  I am going to try a different brand of litter to see if it clumps better.  After struggling to un-clip the hood so that I could change the litter I just stopped using the clips because of my concern about breaking them.  So now I pretty much use it as a standard litter box with a hood attached to it.  If it wasn't for those difficult plastic clips I would have rated this higher.

It's Okay

I think the area for the cat is too small and dark.  I tried it and it worked in part, there was unclumped litter in the drawer.  Returning it.

Returning

IF YOU HAVE A LARGE CAT (WHICH WE DO) THE OMEGA PAW ELITE ROLL'n CLEAN SELF-CLEANING LITTER BOX--THE INSIDE AREA IS TOO SMALL AND OUR CAT WOULD PEE ON THE OUTSIDE OFTHE ENTRANCE WHILE INSIDE THE UNIT. (DON'T THROW AWAY THE BOX AND PACKING MATERIAL)-- YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN THE .UNIT..I ACTUALLY QUESTION THE( LARGE SIZE LITTER BOX( (BLACK TOP GRAY BOTTOM)  BUT THE UNIT IS LARGE SIZE

BUYER BEWARE  LARGE SIZE TOO SMALL FOR LARGE CATS

Did not even work for one week. The first couple times rolling it worked OK, but then the cat poop started getting stuck on the filter in between the compartments, which makes the entire thing useless. Also after a few days, the cat poop sticks to the bottom of the box, and since you don't use liners, you have to clean that up in addition to the filter thing. So it's definitely more work than a regular litter box. I spent at least 30 minutes to clean it up so I can send it back for a return as soon as I find a big enough box to put it in.

Disappointed. Worked for a few days.

I loved the idea of this however, the screen doesn't lock in and constantly moves and when you roll the box, litter falls out of the drawer that collects the waste. Maybe if they can fix these issues it'd be great, but I had to return it, definitely not worth $40.

Does not work as advertised

I was excited at the concept because in theory, it is a good one. However, it does not exactly work as well as it should.

1) The plastic material that the box is made from is super flimsy and thin. For $40, you would think it would be sturdier. 

2) When the screen is installed, it severely limits the amount of room the cat has to use. 

3) It is too shallow for the litter (My cat is not large.) So the cat will urinate where the top and bottom attach and it gets stuck in the grooves and the ammonia odor gets extremely strong very quickly no matter how often you clean it. 

4) Another issue is that the wet litter gets stuck to the sides of the box and inbetween the slats of the screen, which prevents clumping and rolling into the removable tray for disposal. 

This is the worst product I think I have ever purchased from Walmart. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this product to anyone. 

If it wasn't for the fact that my son's dog decided it was good to chew on, I would be returning it tomorrow.

Worst Litter-box EVER!

It says regular size but that is without a doubt without the cleaning mechanism. It is super small. The cleaning mechanism is pretty much level with the door so the cat only has the door space to go in.

Soooo Small!
