Can be generous, but sometimes struggles to release.

He loves it...my baby isn't really a large breed but he is a big medium close to large, so it's a little bug for him to carry. But he love it and it gives him the challenge while keeping him busy for a little while. So far he hasn't been able to destroy it as quick as he has other toys. I'll update if I come across anything else, but I would recommend!

My dog loves it. I sometimes put his entire meal in it or a dollop of peanut butter with a few pieces of kibble. Keeps him busy for hours. I also kick it around with him, it rolls well. I've had it for almost a year and my destructive 75 lbs Belgian malinois hasn't killed it yet. Walmart has the BEST PRICE. Amazon has it for almost triple the price.

Dog loves it!

This ball has a great design. The treats are prevented from spilling out by a tube, or venturi? that goes inward from the opening.  It takes some work for our puppy to get the kibble. She eats too fast from her bowl and this slows her eating. Given a choice she prefers food from the ball over food from her bowl. We do monitor her use, she has not tried to chew it up, but it is not indestructible.

Great design, functional, fun

Just got this ball today and my lab love love loves it. It's very well-made and keeps her occupied for a long time. If it ever falls apart I will definitely buy another one

Great dog toy, keeps my huskadore busy. The ball dispenses treats at a good interval. The only con is that it is difficult to clean. I wouldnt recommend this product

Keeps dog but

my dog LOVES this. it does take some effort to get the last few pieces out, so sometimes I have to help him, but it's a GREAT puzzle feeder for the price.

Great Puzzle for Price

The treat ball is great entertainment for our puppy, especially when she needs some positive diversion.  It's a simple construction and she loves to roll the ball to get some kibble.

Great Toy for Dogs

Ive had this ball for 15 years. Excellent for kibble otherwise my dog eats too fast. It's fun for her too. Makes her work for her kibble. Keeps her occupied for a time. Holds about a cup or cup n a half of kibble

Love it

I had to cut out the tube and make the hole larger in order for my dogs to get their treats. Now they roll the balls around, with their noses, and the treats fall out just fine.

Take the tube out and enlarge the hole.

The good news is it does slow our dog down when he eats.  But it's hard enough for me with two hands to get all his food out.  NO WAY a dog can do it.  I don't care how smart they are.  Major design flaw.  We ended up cutting the "tube" off inside so his food could come out more easily and not get trapped.
