The patented double line effect is printed in black and yellow which allows the used to see the grid on both dark and light fabrics.  Designed for left and right handed users. I make bowl and plate cozies, so I am always cutting out squares for them.  Lining this up with my cutting map helps make sure I get a perfect square.
Then my kids bought me a Cricut for my birthday.  My biggest issue has been getting things centered on my items.
Laying my items on this mat helps me find the center thanks to all the markings and has really helped me with my projects.
So happy with it!
