Ease Of Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Schumacher battery maintainer is amazing! I use it on my 2001 Ford Ranger. I only use it when we need to do a dump trip or go pick up larger items. It's not a day to day vehicle. I have it installed so it stays on. I got tired of having to jump start the truck. Since I've installed this I haven't had to jump start my truck. I just wish the power cord was a tag longer. Other than that this product is wonderful.

Works great

 schumacherelectric.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery in my car is a few years old. In this cold weather, it doesn't want to start some days. After an overnight charge, my car started right up. This charger is very easy to install, and they work very well. I love the float mode monitoring and auto voltage detection! I would recommend this.

Great Charger

Bought this 2 1/2 years ago to maintain a 1928 Ford Model A (6v, positive ground) for low-use winter months. In the spring, summer & autumn it gets more use maintaining a modern low-mileage 12v car. It detects the correct voltage & polarity; just attach it and forget it.

Versatile & handy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect purchase for my classic cars that aren't being driven do to weather and winter time. Makes starting my cars a breeze. Light weight and small in size to keep under the hood. This is well made and has proven to hold up to cold winter weather and time.

Perfect purchase

Over the years I've bought 4 of these chargers. Installed on two ex mark mowers. Polaris ranger and a spare jump start battery for the trailer wench etc. Great units easy to install and use. Only the prices have gone up so much. I bought a two pack for the price of one today. I still need to get another one.

Great compact unit, easy to install and use.

I installed these years ago (as long as 15 years) on my (1) 2007 Jeep Wrangler, (2) 2008 Polaris Ranger 700 XP, (3) 2019 Kubota BX 25 "Mini" Backhoe. I have NEVER had a starting issue in extremely cold weather (-25*) with any of these vehicles. (Transparency... All of my vehicles use AGM batteries AND Fully Synthetic Oil)

Absolute Believer and user

It recharged a dead 6 volt battery in my vintage Ford Model A as I wanted. Apparently the device has the capability of determining battery voltage ad charging it appropriately.

The Ford battery had slowly discharged from non use. I own several 12 volt battery maintainers but bought the Schumacher to maintain the 6 volt battery

Schumacher battery maintainer did it's job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nifty little device to keep in the car. Good to use every so often. We have an extra vehicle that doesn't get used as often, so this is nice to use and keeps my car battery in good shape. Think of it as going to the gym for your car. It works. I haven't had it very long, but so far no complaints. I would recommend this.

Works well

I bought 3 of these, 1 for our classic car, 1 for our truck/snowplow & 1 for our garden tractor. First cold day 22 degrees the one in our truck died. Wiggle it lights come on for a SECOND then go out... Thanks I like being stranded in cold weather!

RUBBISH!

Bought this in April 2022. Died last month. Killed my battery. I am not happy with this product!

Bad value. Lasted 5 months.
