I think almost anyone under the age of 75 would enjoy this although it's certainly not appropriate for  children. The different outlook of each fairytale character and the circumstances in which they find themselves is always intriguing, day to day. I don't binge watch simply because it's so good that I dread finishing it. I think I'll watch it again when I have completely finished the series. I like the fact that not everything remains dark and dreary, and there is always hope, often in the strangest places. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you like Disney/classic fairy tales, you'll likely love this. The show plays on the idea of bringing fairy tale characters into the real world, where everyone (except for Snow White's Evil Queen) forgets their fairy tale origins and lives "in a world without happy endings". Of course, there are twists and turns, where aspects of fairy tales have been creatively tweaked in ways that still honor the spirit of the original classics.

The show does a lot of flashbacks between the characters' time in the world of fairy tales in "The Enchanted Forest", with flashbacks echoing events occuring in the show's present-day story as they develop. It attempts to flesh out past and present story arcs at the same time, and may not be for everyone, but I enjoyed watching the show back when it was still on-air.

The discs are region-free and a great option for those who prefer physical quality over streaming.

The only thing that bothered me is that the box is different than what's shown in the picture. It was smaller, with all of the discs stacked on top of each other instead of in sleeves, and they were in a weird order when I got them.

Making it more difficult to remove and replace when you are changing discs. Had to figure out how to remove them from the display case without damaging them. Would not recommend .  Picture shows individual season cases.
