I have several of these. They do break down a little over time so I keep a few in stock. I have a herniated disc and am always looking for ways to take the pressure off of my spine. These are the best cushions I have found for that purpose. They alleviate pain while allowing me to sit for as long as I need to which is hours sometimes.

I've ordered quite a few "tush cushions" most of which weren't too helpful, usually because they squish down too easily and too soon. This one is super comfortable for me, I bought one a few months ago, and it has kept its shape perfectly, so I bought a couple more to share with others

Cushion is a must have for back pain. This is my third one. It helps my back pain so much. I have in my home my car I take to doctors. Anywhere I go this cushion goes with me.

I MUST HAVE 6 OR 7 OF THESE. WE HAVE TWO HOMES AND I LEAVE ONE IN THE CAR AND THEN AT DESKS AND CHAIRS IN HOMES.  I HAD BACK SURGERY AND THIS HELPS SUPPORT MY BACK LIKE NO OTHER. I HAVE EVEN PUT MY NAME OF THEM.  I PLAY MAH JONG AND SIT FOR HOURS BUT CANNOT WITHOUT THIS SUPPORT. I HAVE GIVEN THEM AS GIFTS TO FRIENDS. THANK YOU!!!!

Firm and great support, while cushioning.  Helps maintain good sitting posture.  Have to adjust mirrors if used in your car, elevates you in seat.  Does what I expected, made from good materials, we'll see how it holds up.  Pleased with purchase and recommend to family and friends...

The shape of the seat allows relief from pressure of the tailbone pressing against the spinal discs.

This orthopedic seat works very well.

This is not for me.  To me it isn't comfortable, so still looking for comfort, having to sit on it for 4 hours.
