Disappointment

This is sold by a third party, not Walmart.  This life vest was too big.  The receipt in the box gives directions for simple returns.  I have done everything to follow the directions to instigate a return. They indicated that I would hear from them within 24 hours, there has been no response whatsoever.  I have instigated a second return off of their website, still no response.  The phone number listed, only allows me to leave a voice mail.  I have been unable to talk to a real person or  make any progress towards returning this item.

I would not buy anything from this company, and Walmart should not offer something for purchase from this company, because they are not providing a way to return unsatisfactory items.
