Usefulness

Accommodates 12-16 inch pizzas and various ovens.

Can be non-stick, but may require flour dusting.

Allows easy pizza release with minimal residue.

Smooth pizza transfer into the oven is possible.

I loved the product, it meets all the specifications and great quality, in addition the shipment was very fast, it arrived long before the estimated date.

Great for pizza lovers

Very nice peel that came with 12”Ooni. However, I soon ordered metal peel for launching pizza into oven, after preparing pizza and toppings on bamboo and transferring it to perforated metal peel.

Bamboo peel

Ooni

Works great! Little semolina flour and the pizza slides right off!
I don't know how it will do with retrieving the pizza as I feel you may start to see some scorch marks. I still use a metal peel for that.

Wonderful Peel

It's expensive but we've used it lots and it's very nice I have no complaints, I'm all for if you're gonna do it buy once and have quality

It's very nice

If you struggle with launching pizzas this will fix that issue. No more sticking to the metal peel and losing all of you topings.

Peel

Great pizza peel. I needed a 16" peel for my Sams Club pizza crusts. I have a Weber grill and a Weber pizza stone but somehow Weber does not make an equivalent size pizza stone.

Great Peel for 16" pizza

Love ooni and these items

Dare I say I wish there were a larger option? We got the largest 16” option and it's great to hold a full 12” pizza and some extra slices from a previously started pizza. It would be nice to be able to hold multiple pizzas for serving at a table. I was surprised by how easily the pizza wheel cut significant grooves into the board out of the gate. Great weight and sturdiness to it!

Solid board

For the most part I am quite happy with the peel. It is slightly heavier than I think would be optimal. The weight comes from being a bit thicker than I think is best for using with the Ooni oven.

For the most part I

Really nice bamboo pee. Works well with the Karu 12.

Very cheap product for the

Ooni 16” Bamboo Pizza Peel & Serving Board. A centered, front-facing 16" bamboo paddle with tapered launch edge and slim handle; smooth, moisture-resistant surface shown with a sliced pizza, lightweight for pizza launch and often used as a charcuterie serving board.
