Advertised as new. Came in a plain box with nothing except a wall charger.

Not sure if this phone is really a new phone.

I can't believe this is the second phone from Walmart.com I have bought and again their are sound problems. I thought the first was just bad luck, but I was wrong. Last time no one could hear me, this time I can't hear anyone unless it is on speaker- not good during meetings!! It is an iphone 11 and so it isn't  old and it still was $360, I just want the phone to work.

Hi! I raised complaints about this phone having incompatible items inside it, a while ago. Some of the issues were battery level below 80%, notifications showing incompatible item installation and now freeze plus screen not responding even after hard reboot. Can I get it changed ?

Less quality phone

Completely falling apart within 2 months .. whole back is crumbling and has had a case and screen protector on it the whole time basically whole back has fallen off … the back had to have been replaced with something else … phone turns on and off on its own

the phone had messages that the parts installed were either not installed properly or were not apple certified and i had to charge all the time. Looking at battery health it said depleted. so it would need changing. i returned it
