The description of the iPhone did not mention that the avait phone was reconditioned. New equipment was specified in original packaging

It described as an open box brand new iPhone however we we received it, it noted as a refurbished one. There are also scratches on both sides of the phone. We tried to contact the seller however we still haven't got any response and it has been 5 days. Very disappointed.

I recently purchased a phone from this seller, drawn in by their “open box” description in the ad However, upon receiving the phone, I was disappointed to find it was not "open box" as advertised, but instead a refurbished model. 

To make matters worse, I returned the product, and the seller received it back on November 12. It's now been well over a month, and despite the return being processed, I've yet to receive the refund. 

I would not recommend purchasing from this seller, as they do not seem to honor their advertised claims, and their customer service has been extremely disappointing.
