Further , I asked for midnight blue and the phone was black. Definitely not worth the asking price. Has purchased newer iPhones with at least 88% max battery life for the same price. Phone was returned in the condition purchased.

Frustratingly frozen

On Monday, my phone lost service with my carrier because the phone was reported stolen by the original owner. Whoever sold this phone to Walmart; stole it. It has costed me $200  to diagnose the problem and purchase a new phone. I am requesting a refund on behalf of Walmart for accepting a stolen phone and distributing it to a customer without proper software background screening. I paid $400  for this product and I would like a refund.
