Received the item and the strength of battery when checked was degraded to the point of the suggestion of going to Apple for a replacement.  

In the process of a return/refund.

Walmart and myself tried to contact the seller with no response.  I was told to contact Walmart if they didn't respond in 48 hours.  Then recontacted Walmart who said they escalated the issue and to wait three business days.  Contacted by phone the next day by Walmart who told me that I would be contacted in 3 more business days by email.  Three business days later and no email.

More disappointed in Walmart than anything.

The product itself had no indication of an open box.  In the past  Walmart has sent a true open box product.
