My son loves his new phone, it is indeed rugged and good quality. Easy to set up especially if you Google the PDF manual online. We couldn't find where to charge it at first, but it's under the bluetooth symbol. This is a great option for teens who break screens, and for anyone else who needs a more robust Android phone but doesn't want to spend a lot.

Heavy Flip!!

It's bugging a lot, not sure what the issue is. Turns off randomly and takes forever to turn off
