I ordered it to replace my previous Microwave .... which was the same model microwave....I used it for almost everything... not just warming things, ... but also cooking vegetables in a microwave pressure cooker and other uses for over 5 years.  Used 2 - 3 times per day.   It was excellent, and I do hope to get the same performance out of the new one which is the same model as the old one.   It is working great, and I do not regret purchasing the OPEN BOX Listed item.     (take the chance!)

We had been shopping for a new microwave for some time. We didn't need fancy programs, but wanted 1200W and 1.3 cuft.
We had done our shopping in physical stores, but on a whim I checked Walmart.ca and Lo and behold, there was the exact specs we had been looking for with a major discount for an open box purchase! My thought was that we had nothing to lose, as item could be returned if it had issues, so placed the order and it was on my doorstep in about 3 days!! 
The microwave was in perfect condition. We are very happy with it and received a large saving in the process 😊

Pleasant Surprise

Solid unit. We have this same one at work which is the reason why i bought it. It is very large in length so make sure you measure your space. Performance wise this thing will have your food too hot to eat in 1 minute. I just need to google how to turn off the auto door lock after each use.

RAPIDO effective

Good working microwave, perfect size , very quiet . I gave it a four star,  it's child proof to shut  the door it's very loud.or it would have been a 5 stars.

Open box microwave

The price for this item was good, but it was damaged and I had to return it. It was open-box, so I would have been fine with cosmetic blemishes. But the unit looked like it had either been kicked with steel-toe boots or dropped from a height; the control panel was pushed in and the frame was dented beyond repair. I put it back in the box as soon as I saw the damage, and returned it.

"Open box" items should not be physically damaged.
