Effectively picks up dirt and pet hair on various surfaces.

This is my third Shark Rocked.  I love that it has great suction and is easy to handle.  I'm not crazy about the filters and that you have to clean them each time you use it. I also don't like that it is so top heavy.  Like I said, this is my 3rd one so there is a lot more like than dislike.

I love this vacuum, the belt has never broke ! I'm on my second one I'm still kept the old one for my second level, no bags... Good suction I love the way it comes apart super easy for hard to reach places You don't even have to walk away You just put your foot on the base push a button pull and you're good

Lightweight and easy to use, durable

I really liked the vacuum cleaner. Assembly is simple, no mystery there. The suction is really strong, picking up dust, hair, and heavy dirt effortlessly. It's lightweight, easy to handle, and the design helps reach tricky corners. The cord could be a little longer, but overall it delivers very well on its promises.

I bought this on the recommendatin of a  friend.  It really cleans/picks up .  But it is top heavy.  It needs a counter balance on it.  Have to lay it down every time if you stop for example to move furniture.  Hopefully  something can be down about that in the design future.

This vacuum has seriously strong suction—it picks up everything, even from carpets and tight corners. It makes cleaning feel effortless. The only downside is the price. It's definitely an investment, but if you're looking for power and performance, it delivers

I got it as a replacement to a broken one. I like it but really did like my other one. The orange one. I'm grateful and very happy with the free replacement, don't want to sound in grateful just feel like  like the other one a little better. But thank you all so so much.

Light weight and pretty color

There are 2 things I don't like about the Rocket. First, the hair gets really bound up around the roller. I have to cut it off after each use. Second, the Rocket can not stand up on it's own. It falls over. You can store it by taking the motor part off and putting it on the hook which isn't bad but when you are using it the falling over part is bad. If you try to pick something up to vacuum, it can fall over. I always lay mine on the floor. Third, the filters get filled up fast which does mean it is picking stuff up. It does have good suction for a small vacuum and the price is fair. I would not buy one with out the anti hair wrap feature.

The vacuum cleaner works well: powerful, I love the led light in front, making it easy to spot dirt.
Being with the cord, is much more powerful than other cordless competitors, still it is light enough to be used easily and quickly. 
However, after two month of use, I noticed some wearing off of the rubber plastic of the handle. It hasn't been exposed to any chemical, it just started peeling off out of regular use. Not really a sign of good design, or quality materials.

Not as described

From the start I hated this machine! I've been a loyal shark customer for 20+ years. I have several shark products that have been fantastic! This vacuum I had expected to be another awesome purchase. It was so not!! Cheap materials, poor suction overall a piece of junk. After my first use I packed it up and returned the next day! I can't express what a disappointment this was! Shark please discontinue this vacuum it is a deep mar on your product line!! Hate it! Beyond disappointing!
