Cleaning

I've used this slicer to slice cheese and it worked great! The slices were all the same thickness, the machine cut through it with no issues... the cheese block was 4" x 4" so I pushed it through a little slower than I do the meat. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

I use it for salami, cheese and different cold cuts.  It's still pretty new but working nice. It's also a snap to clean.

Blade moves very slow and rips the meat. Cheaply made. You will find it sitting in your pantry collecting dust because a knife is easier.  I would be suspicious of any positive review as a shill.  Buyers : keep the box and receipt, as you will surely will be sending it back.

I purchased this and it lasted less than two years. All plastic gears. Started smoking today and the blade stopped turning.  Pulled it apart and the gears were fried.
