I don't understand the reviewer's comments! I bought my fan in 2017 and still have it in 2020! I like this fan because it is quieter than my other 12" oscillating fan. Plus, the clips make it is easy to remove the cover when I clean the the cover and the blades. My other fan doesn't have clips, which makes it harder to remove
