I was pleasantly surprised by this little heater. It produces a nice radiant heat that is just perfect for while I am working at the table and wanting to keep my feet and legs warm.  It allows me to keep the heat turned down in the house and still be warm while I am working online from hom. It is better made than I expected.

Very Good Little Heater

This is the second none of these heaters that I have purchased. It is reasonably priced, works great and, best of all, is very quiet. I think I've had the first one for 2-3 years and use it constantly in the winter.  It's still running great. I highly recommend this over the forced air heaters which tend to very noisy.

Great little heater

I already own a large Optimus circular radiant heater, but wanted a smaller, non-oscillating model for use when I get out of bed on cold mornings (my wife likes 60F for the central heating system) and need to boot up my brain bedside without shivering in the cold air. I typically use the low-heat, single operating element mode, with the heater about three feet away from me. The heater's radiant beamwidth covers me entirely at that distance. Although the heater produces warmth as soon as you switch it on, it builds to full heat in less than a minute. The heater sits stably on the floor, and the tip-over switch provides positive protection. The control switch is convenient and has a nice, positive "feel" to it. My only complaint was with shipping; the undamaged box arrived at the store quickly, but one of the two plastic feet of the heater were shattered. I had to reorder a new unit and do a refund on the old one (because the broken foot and tip-over switch makes the unit unstable). This was a defect of the OEM box and packing, not the Wal-Mart box, so unpack and inspect your unit carefully when taking delivery.

Nice radiant heater

This is the perfect little heater for me.  I use it about 8 to 10 feet from my chair while watching tv.  I would place it closer but that would require an extension cord, which isn't  recommended.  It's completely silent.

Perfect

I really like this little heater. It's quiet, warms up quickly, and has two settings. It really kicks out quite a bit of heat for the size  and it's really portable. I'd say this is a pretty good deal for the price.

Portable heat

I love this little heater, good for the small to medium room, with the lower voltage. However, I find the price is a bit higher than expected

Heats up quickly. Better than the leaking radiator type I purchased last Fall. It is lightweight and easy to move around. It also uses less electricity.

works very well . a previous unit stopped working after only two years of use. this unit is more efficient than other units.

this is probably the worst little heater I've ever had it does not stay on except a few minutes at a time then you have to unplug it and turn it off for about 30 minutes before you can plug it up and then redo it again over and over
