Can be quiet, but also generates noticeable sounds.

This is the second one of these we have bought. The first one was great but the on/off switch broke. We immediately ordered a replacement as it is the best small heater we have found to keep our master bath at a perfectly warm temperature. It is quiet and efficient and take very little space. We love the fact that it heats without blowing air.

Great Little Heater

I purposely waited a month before I wrote this to really test this little heater. I bought 2...one for each bathroom. Our bathrooms are not huge and this works perfect.  Reading some other reviews where they say it doesn't heat a room...the recommendation I took from it was to keep the doors to the room closed or mostly closed so the heat doesn't escape from the room you're trying to heat. That is common sense. Anyway, we set the thermostat to what we wanted and hadn't touched it since. Perfect!

takes the chill off

This little sucker can put out some heat. It's the perfect size and amperage/voltage for our camper too.

I purchased this heater for my bathroom, I keep it on a medium setting and it has kept the room just right. would certainly recommend this heater for small rooms.

This heater works well for small spaces. Have it under my desk at work. Wouldn't buy it for a bigger room though. It's quiet so no noise other than the thermostat kicking on and off. would buy again.

This is the third 700 W oil radiator that I have purchased. It's clearly the most anemic. It just doesn't put out very much heat at all. Get another brand.

I haven't opened the box. It was clearly previously returned. Crudely taped up and the box rattles. Im sure it was returned for a reason, and I got a lemon. 
Im usually very pleased with my online shopping experience.
