This is a great product for removing sticky adhesive residue.  I started using De-Solv-It Citrus Solution back in 1999 to remove duck tape adhesive residue and graphics from the body of my dirt-Modified race car.  I have never been without De-Solv-It Citrus Solution in my shop or garage since.  I have used it to remove bar-code stickers off of dishes, drinking mugs, and crystal glass.  The product is so effective, one bottle usually lasts me about 8-10 years.  In my experience and opinion, De-Solv-It Citrus Solution is a superior product over Goo Gone (what my workplace uses).  With my most recent purchase, that prompted this rate & review, I bought 2 bottles because it wasn't readily available from a retail store in the North Dallas area.

I have used this product for years until I couldn't find it in any store. So glad it is available on-line. I have used this on sticker residue and ink stains and so much more. The bottle lists lots of things it is good for removing and I have never had it fail me. One bottle seems to last forever! You may think it is a little pricey with shipping costs; but, I assure you, it is worth every penny.

De-Solv -It is the BEST!

I've used this stuff for years, but when I ran out I couldn't find it anywhere.  I finally decided to look online and found it at walmart.com.  Yep, same product.  It's already saved a shirt my wife had a grease or oil stain on that nothing else removed.  It pad for itself already!

Removes grease and oil stains!

I've been using this product for years to remove sticky, gummy, icky stuff from stuff all around my house. It works wonders on laundry. Unlike other stick-um removers, it's not petroleum based. Walmart is THE cheapest place to buy it too!

I love this stuff!

Forget GoGone. This is far superior and for removing sticky residue on a wide aray of materials from carpet to plastics to labels and pretty much all else.  A little goes far too.

Best Product in its Class

I love De-Solv-It. I have used it for over 10 years. It takes out grease spots from clothing even if it's been washed & dried many times & is set in. No scrubbing, just spray & wash. It has saved many clothes from being thrown out.

Cleans Grease Better Than Any Other Product

IT CLEANS EVERY THING EVEN OLD OIL STAINS, I USE TO BE ABLE TO BUY THIS IN THE STORE NOW I HAVE TO ORDER IT ON LINE SO ITS NOT A GREAT VALUE ANYMORE COST ABOUT 5.00 NOW I HAVE TO PAY 5.00 TO HAVE IT SHIPPED NO SITE TO STORE. FROM CLOTHES TO EVERYTHING ELSE IT CLEANS IT LEAVES A ODOR WHEN WET BUT ONCE ITS DRY ODOR IS GONE

I purchased this hoping to remove a botched stain /varnish furniture refinish job. I got a good deal on a slant top antique desk. I sprayed, waited about 10 mins and used 0000 steel wool. It removed the bad refinish and years of wax and dirt. Great product. In many cases it could prevent the need for paint removers or refinishing old or antique furniture.

Renews antique wood furniture

This product is amazing! I wear scrubs all day at work and carry my lip gloss in my pockets! Not once, but twice my lip gloss leaked and stained my pocket! I used regular detergent and scrubbed it with a brush, washed and dried it! The stain was still there! I anxiously waited to get to the store to pick up my 2 bottles of De-Solv-It Citrus solution. Sprayed the solution on the lip gloss stain and it instantly came out without scrubbing the stain. It was amazing! Even though the scrub top was dried, the solution worked like a charm! I having been raving about it to family and friends ever since. Try it yourself! You will love it!

Works like a charm!

I used to buy this at the local hardware store and tt was amazing. Spray it on tough baked-on grease or built-up smut on a wood stove glass door and it wipes off like a miracle. Plus it had a pleasant smell. I haven't been able to find it in stores so ordered some from Walmart. The package leaked, it was incredibly greasy to clean off the bottle and the smell was like oil, horrid. I sprayed it my clean-out tray in the toaster oven and nothing. It worked no better than soap and water. The formula has obviously changed. This stuff is useless now.
