(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had the big black carpenter ants crawling in my house for a month. With desperation I bought this spray. It stinks like gasoline for some reason but it works. I sprayed  yesterday and haven't seen one ant today.

It Stinks But It Works!

We saw a few too many carpenter ants on our deck. A few even crawled up my leg. We spayed one day and the next day none were seen on the deck.  We saw some on our fence and sprayed those the next day. So far so good.  . Will be spraying again to make double sure we got them.

They are gone!

I spent thousands of dollars for the past 5 years to get rid of carpenter ants that were cause by my neighbour having old wood stored in his yard where they had their nest.  This year based On reviews I bought this, no carpenter ant at all.  I spray every month starting in March through October.  I spray my foundation, doors, patio and sills. I repeat if there is a lot of rain.   Very impressed.  For other ants when I see a hill I spray it.  You

Best ant killer ever

Ever since moving into my house 4 years ago, there have been ants in the kitchen every June. No more! I have tried many methods, both commercial products and homemade solutions without success until now. I continue to re-apply every few weeks to ensure protection. As the summer progresses, I wonder if it will deter other crawling insects such as earwigs.

No more ants!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Used the spray around the perimeter of our deck. It seemed to work really well the first evening, but by the 3rd night, our little friends were back. 
Would definitely use it again for occasions, but it's not a problem "solver"

Seemed To Work Okay, But Didn't Last Long

It didn't work. Had to call them. They are going to send me the head sprayer in 10 business days.

I bought this to try to keep carpenter ants from getting in my house. They walk right over this stuff the day after applying while other ant sprays keep them out. These 4L bottles are nothing but problems, after my first use of the jug I now have to squeeze the bottle to get any to come out of the wand and it still doesn't work most of the time, the bottle must be held above the wand after the bottle gets half empty, you think you'll save your hands getting a battery powered sprayer but i have to squeeze the bottle much harder than I would a standard spray bottle do yourself a favour and buy something else.

I first used Ortho Ant B Gon to eliminate ant from my lawn and followed every instruction to make sure I am doing it rightly. The ant went off for a week and came back again. I kept on applying and exhausted the whole container of 450 gm but nothing happened. Then I tried the "Ortho® Ant B Gon™Max Ant Eliminator, 4-L", it was better than the granules but ant came back again after couple of weeks with their ant hills. I kept on spraying but never got rid off of ant in my lawn. I gave up and now thinking of getting a professional pest control service to manage the ant in my lawn. I will certainly not recommend this product for yard ant control.
