I chose this toaster mainly because of the colour.  All my small appliances are red.  I was not disappointed with this purchase.  The Oster is a rich ruby red that co-ordinates with my other appliances beautifully.  The instructions are easy to follow and sections actually light up to show which function you are using.  There's a wide range of choice when it comes to your ideal toast doneness.  So far I've only tried the lighter shades but they were excellent.  I do appreciate the fact that this toaster does not make a loud sound when the toast pops up.  All in all, I'm very satisfied with this inexpensive purchase.

The color and finish of this toaster is stunning.  Beautiful addition to my countertop.

Beautiful appliance

I am very happy with this toaster.  It toasts evenly on both sides, and the entire slice of bread fits into the slot.  It's silly that this should be so hard to find, but I did with this toaster and I'm very happy.

I'm happy with this purchase. I wanted a red toaster to make my red kitchen stuff and it matches my kettle perfectly. It looks great, works great. No complaints what so ever so far! I'd recommend.

100% Happy

I have had this toaster for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier with it. At first an odd smell came from the toaster, but after one or two uses this went away.,

I am very happy with the temperature controls, I have yet to burn any toast even though we are still getting used to the temperature settings. The toaster is also very well designed, it is almost entirely made of metal, with the only exception being the bottom crumb tray etc. I have tried toasting regular bread, bagels, and english muffins. Fresh, frozen, this toaster worked as expected.

Great toaster designed to last

It is very effective with industrial bread but since I eat mainly artisan bread I have difficulty having bread well toasted.

We bought this Oster's toaster and in less than a year the slice grippers came off and has been a problem since then. Slices get stuck, and when it stops, you'd better be there to remove them otherwise the machine restarts the toasting process.

We should be getting a free toaster for what it's worth! 

On a positive note, all other Oster products (blender, coffee maker) we have are great. So we'd still recommend your products.

Disappointed

I think that normally the spring should make the toast come out of the toaster as in the photo but it may take you a ''toast pinch'' It's crazy sometimes to see the items that can be for sale and that hardly fulfills their main function...

Cute but

I am sorry to say this toaster is no better than the one I replaced.  I am never sure how my toast will turn out.  It appears that the elements do not heat up evenly therefore toast is not evenly browned.  Have not tried other features so will not comment.

Poor toasting

I purchased this toaster about a month ago and it's already broken. The lever wont stay down. The bagel and cooling light stays on.
