[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mixer.  Easy to use, it has alot of speeds, and nice storage for when you are not using it.

I've been looking for a powerful hand mixer with larger beaters that produces thorough and fast mixing.  Not only does it meet this requirement, it also melts butter and comes with a storage case and more...it's fantastic.

great quality and lots of power

I bought this mixer several months ago and I love it.  I especially like the storage case to keep the beaters with it.  Unfortunately, my case broke -- is it possible to order a replacement?

Love this mixer!

I got this for Xmas as I like to bake my own edibles and my mixer has made about 30 batches of cookies since then so it's amazing. The metal arm mixer attachment broke and it makes this high pitched noise if you run it between 3 and 5. Past that I love it. I just need to find a new part.

Amazing machine.

For the most part, I'm pleased with this mixer; however, I would agree with a previous review about the beaters being a challenge to insert.  It takes several tries to finally get them inserted.   Frustrating when you're in a hurry.

Problem inserting beaters

I got this for Christmas LOVE it. I bake alot so amazing for softening butter or cream cheese> Sadly the metal arm broke as well and I am having in impossilbe time contacting the company for a replacement part. I have had 2 other mixers in my last 24 years and they have never broke yet this one only lasted a few months..

wonderful

I received this about 2 months ago and used it quite a bit. Today, I found chips of metal coming off into my food. (I was using a glass bowl to mix) I saw one fairly large piece and wiped it off into the garbage thinking something fell in. After I felt that it was sharp I looked into my food closer and started seeing many little shards (see picture). After inspecting the beater, more little bits of plating started coming off very easily and revealed a very shap edge. 

I dont know if this happened each time I used this mixer  but i used this to prepare my family meals.

Not safe to use!

I purchased this mixer for my wife Christmas of 2020, the first time she used it one of the 2 beaters kept falling out and the locking tabs are smaller in size compared to the one that doesn't fall out.

I bought this beater several years ago, but have only used it twice. The beaters kept falling out during both uses. I just threw in the trash a few minutes ago.
