Wanted a convection toaster oven for larger menu and decided on an Oster because I had a smaller one, analog and cost under $50, that has given me good service for years, (still working, too). I was surprised to see that this new, larger, oven had the same current draw, 1500w, as the smaller oven. I wondered how that was going to work. Works great! The evenness of cooking is superb. I can get a crispy texture to my steaks and it cooks as quickly as the smaller oven. Must be that convection thing. This one is digital, I'm use to knobs, but after using it a couple of times you're in the grove. Pay close attention to the dimensions of this oven. My old oven set on the top of my microwave. This one takes up as much surface space as my microwave plus about another 6 inches in depth and needs it's own space.

Upgraded from smaller under $50 Oster to this one.

This is a great product that I am surprised to say I really like. Reminds me of my Easy Bake Oven from childhood. However its performance is much better. It heats up very quickly and cools down quickly. Everything I have cooked has turned out well.

This will take full 9X13 inch pans which is what I wanted. Having said that, the foot print on the counter is big.

I do like the fact that things come straight out of the oven at counter height, no bending over and lifting.

So far it's working as described, so much so that I have flipped off the breaker to my main oven. It heats faster, cooks faster and really does hold two large pizzas. It actually does hold a 9 x 13 Corning Ware. I have only had for a full week so I will update if any issues pop up. I have baked many pizzas, corn bread, a 9 x 13 cake, chicken dish, fries, tots and biscuits. Everything came out just fine, I use the turbo convection for everything.

Why didn't I buy this ages ago?

Sorry about all of you who give your oven bad ratings ...
I've had mine for about a month and it has performed EXACTLY as advertised !!! I've completely abandoned my range's oven. I'll even bake a dish on the upper rack, in a 9x13 pan and near the end of it's cook time, slide a leftover side onto the bottom rack to re-heat.
I have measured the temperature of this oven (I keep the thermometer hanging in it now), and it is dead on. I put the oven on a counter-top next to the stove, pushed it as far back as it would go, till the "nipple" of the bulbous protrusion was against the wall. My unit doesn't get overly hot and I can even lay hands on the sides & top after baking at 350º for 30 minutes!
Honestly, I haven't really used the broiler yet, except to put a little "browning" on cheese topped dishes), nor have I ventured into the foreign (to me) world of convection cooking. I bought this oven for the baking aspect, to discontinue the use of my stove's oven and I got EVERYTHING I WANTED & paid for. OBTW, I can't judge it's "Durability" at this point, that's the ONLY reason I didn't give it a "5" in "Durability".

I love this new oven. My regular size pans, including my Pampered Chef baking stone. The convection part of this oven works great, cooking faster and very even. Make tea cakes in it for the holidays and it worked great. My regular 9 x 13 pyrex pans fit beautifully in the oven. It's a great purchase.

Great Oven!

We are very happy with this product. We wanted a small toaster type oven to cook in instead of heating up the oven for a couple of baked potatoes. Living in southern AZ, no one wants to add extra heat in the house during the summer.
Only complaint is the round back. But we knew that was there when we bought it.

I really like this oven and use it all the time. It is fast and reliable. 
There is two things that needs to be mentioned (why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5) 
First - turbo convection can be.... finicky... you have to get use to it. 
Second - the maximum temperature this oven goes up to is 450 degrees. So if you need 500 degrees - this is not the one for you. 
Otherwise it is a great kitchen gadget.

I luv this oven, does take longer to warm up, toast, etc than a reg toaster oven or maybe I'm still learning and doing something wrong, you do have to preheat for a few min. before you click the pizza button, it took forever on the first pizza but when I added the second one it almost burned since the oven was already hot. I read hundred's of reviews on all site's about this model before buying and several said they didn't like that you couldn't bake without the timer, just to let them know, yes you can, just hit bake, arrow up or down for the temp and start, same goes for the convection. I'll try to update after the holidays to let you know how my turkey, pork roast and ham comes out. It is huge but don't know if it'll fit a 20 lb. turkey, will let you know.

Great oven

The oven comes with a broiler pan but not a baking pan. A small baking pan was easy to find to fit the oven. When cooking on both racks the cooking time must be extended quite a bit. A quiche that cooks in 25 minutes was not nearly done because of a tray of green beans cooking on the lower rack. Other than this slowed cooking with two items in at one time, the oven meets my expectations and we are rarely using our regular oven anymore as this one is sufficiently large to handle most of our baking/broiling/toasting needs.

Nice and roomy. Works great. Doesn't cook 2 pizzas at the same time evenly. Had to cook 1 at a time. Top and front edge get hot while in use. Top reaches close to 150 degrees when baking @ 400 degrees. Have to pull it from under counter when in use. Other than that, a good buy.

The electronic controls on the face of the oven are very hard to find and set.
The oven itself is very good for something quick but anything more then 15-20 minutes it becomes very hot including the handle of the door.
I believe this oven needed to built of heavier grade material and not the thin grade that it is currently being constructed with.

I was very excited to find this until I actually got it. I used a small toaster oven for a lot more then I would ever use this.
