Already tearing from where the charging port is, only had for about a week! Very disappointing! Have been with otter box for a while and never had poor quality this quick. Looking for a replacement!

Poor Quality

I would recommend against this model of otterbox, i bought this on a Monday and by Wednesday there was a crack in my screen protector without having dropped the device.

Bad Model

This is my second commuter case I've had as I upgrade my iPhone every year with the Apple upgrade every year program. I had some rubber pieces on the back of my iPhone 15 Pro Max start to peel and it looks like they swapped it with plastic instead so shouldn't have any issues anymore. Otherwise the case seems like it is the same great quality that protected my other iPhone.

An Upgraded Commuter Case

I'm usually really happy with Otterbox products but this Commuter case is really disappointing. For some reason the upper left corner of my phone keeps slipping out and the MagSafe magnets aren't nearly as strong as some other MagSafe compatible products I've used.

Wish I hadn't bought it.

As with all Otterbox cases, this case offers a great balance between protection and slim design. Not as  bulky as the Defender series (and there is no attached screen protector as part of the case) but I have been using this series for almost 8 years now and it's great.

The case is very well designed and engineered. Some have note that the side camera focal slide (opposite of the volume buttons) seems to be somewhat exposed. Yet after using this new case (my 16 Pro Max was an upgrade from my 12 Pro Max) for almost two months, I have found no concerns or weaknesses in the design. Keep in mind, no case is foolproof (assuming the user is trying to drop their phone). Yet the slide focal button never comes into contact with any surface unless on purposely attempts to make it touch. This case offers a good balance of slim design, lighter weight, and is much less bulky that other cases purporting to be hyper-rugged.

Remember, it's an Otterbox! This company has been around over 25 years and what they design works! Or protects! I guess the difference depends on whether you are a glass half-empty or a half-full person! Highly recommend!

Excellent Balance of Design and Peace of Mind!

It fits and looks really good. A little bulkier than the symmetry case, but feels safer for a drop. I've always purchased OtterBox cases. I would love to have the old mix and match color options. This is a good looking case, but I think a black rubber interior with the green would look really slick. I guess I could buy 2 different colored cases, but I'm probably not going to. Over all a really great case as always.

Great

It's not bulky. 95% of the case I love. That other 5% I didn't like was actually a dealbreaker. The cutout for the camera control.  Left a lot of the edge of screen exposed.  While playing/scrolling on the phone my finger wanted to go there and didn't feel the best. I would also hit the camera control button when putting it in my pocket

Almost perfect but…

Great case. New camera button notch could have been designed better. But overall great product and good protection. Slimmer and nicer in hand than Defender Series.

This case leaves an area of the screen exposed where the camera button is. If the phone was to fall and it hit there the screen is done for. Bad design needs to be redesigned
