This lightweight case has saved my iPhone from damage at least once a day. The iPhone 16 is slippery and the case makes it much easier to hold. It also makes it possible to pick up the phone without touching the screen - which is almost impossible to do without a case!
Even with the case the phone has fallen a few times, sometimes on pavement, and the case has protected it every time.

The kit to apply the screen protector couldn't be easier  The smooth case surface allows for easy pocket placement. And, they couldn't have designed a better carve out for the new photo button. Excellent Case!

I just bought two of these Commuter cases for the new iPhone 16's. They're not first my first, I have used this style several times already. I have also tried the defender types, but those are a little bit bulky for my taste. The commuter offers a nice balance, could protect protection and nonslip handling. They seem to hold up forever.

Love Otterbox!

I've lost track of how many Commuter Series Cases I have used on my phones over the years. They are so reliable and incomparable that I won't buy anything else. I recently helped my elderly mother buy a new phone and, of course set her up with an Otterbox case.

Nothing but the Best

I purchased an Otterbox for my new iPhone.  This is the 3rd Otterbox I have owned.  The previous products protected my phones well and I expect this new one to perform equally.

Keeps my phone safe

Pretty darn good, as all my Otter cases have been.  Embarrassingly the phone's been dropped several times already but the case did its job well!!!  Only comments I have are I'm not excited about the big gap on the right side for the camera button, but this is Apple's thing not Otter's.  Only other comment I would make is I liked a bit more rubbery material on the back (as opposed to the hard plastic material) similar to my iPhone 12 Pro's case.  And I'm wishing they still offered that lovely seafoam green like for my 12 Pro.  But all in all a fine case; I'll stick with Otter and continue to sing their praises!

Love the Commuter

While I have had my OtterBox for less than a month, as most phone owners do, I have dropped my phone several times. And for the most part, I see that the OtterBox has protected it. Unfortunately, on a recent drop, I noticed a tiny crack in my screen protector. Sigh. There's no such thing as perfect. Only good. Thank you.

Almost perfect

Customer Service

Isn't as good as I hoped. The case doesn't protect the new camera button and leaves the screen vulnerable to cracking. Ive dropped my phone twice and both times it cracked right where the case doesn't cover on the camera button. Other brands have that part covered, and for cheaper. Does not do its job, would not recommend.

Don't Buy

The case does not protect the phone at the borders or margins. My phone fell and the case did not protect the protective glass and broke the glass at the corner.

No protection for glass.
