Perfect fit, durable, and looks great. I've had several Defender models for various phones. Every one of them fit perfectly and protected my phone from breaking on numerous occasions.

I like otter box.  The only thing that doesn't work for me is the tab on the bottom that blocks the receptacle for charging the phone.  It is awkward and stretches out and tears over time.  This time I have cut it off.  While my phone is not waterproof this way, it makes it easier to access with the charging cord and, hopefully less likely to tear.

Only one issue

Fits like a glove and I especially like the cover over the charge port since I charge it on MagSafe 95% of the time. However the jury is still out on how 1 inch of the phone edge where the new camera touch button is not covered by the case. Maybe OB left that open so it would be a place for dust n dirt to collect. Or maybe people w chubby fingers, gloves or salon nails wouldn't be able to access it fully to use the scroll feature. Otherwise I love the grippy feel of the case and the buttons.

So far so good but with one interesting feature.

Overall a decent case. Not a fan of the camera cutout.  Leaves that button/area vulnerable, snags on my pocket and the vehicle phone holders I have now don't work right because the phone sits weirdly due to the massive cutout.  I've had otter boxes on my phone for years and loved them all, first time I have been a little disappointed with the product.

My phone constantly slips out of my hand because of this cutout. It's horrible. I wish they would have provided another option for the defender pro case. There is a reason why I get the defender pro cases and have for years. Extremely disappointed in this design.

Hate the camera button cutout!

I hate the cutout for the camera button, I feel it could've been designed better, instead it looks like a hack job, it ruins the hand feel and leaves the whole area exposed. I've been an Otterbox man for years, unless they redesign I'll be looking for better options

Design Failure

Long time defender user and extremely disappointed with this purchase.  Have these cases for YEARS on my previous I phones without issue.  This one provided No protection on side near camera button leave it unprotected and my glass protect has shattered twice.  I do not recommend this case or the life proof glass protector.

Firm no

Horrible design. The area by the new photo button is not protected at all & the screen protector cracked within a month of having this case (I did NOT drop my phone nor drop anything on my phone).  I've been a long time customer & have never had a problem until this design.

Not the Protection You Expect From Defender Case

Case has inset for belt clip to hook into but only on one side if you do not set your phone, in the right orientation it will come off poor design on Case

Customer Service

Do not buy this case. It gives no protection around the camera button at all. My glass broke after only 2 days of use. Get a case that will protect all edges of the phone. Lousy, terrible design.
