I first had this case and thought it didnt fit the Fold 7. Turns out, I had the clear Samsung back cover ( was a freebie) still on and didn't realize it, so I sent it back. Once I realized my stupid mistake, I ordered another and it fits great. Personally I love the case as the smaller thickness of the phone and less weight makes it still smaller than the case I had on the Fold 5. I will echo some sentiment that others have; The case makes it hard to use the power button fingerprint sensor to unlock the phone ( which I dont use ) and the high ridge border on the front screen, when folded, does it make it somewhat difficult to swipe left to right or up and down. That being said, having dropped my phone several times already on the corners and flat on the back my phone remains unscathed.

Great case with some minor drawbacks

I always get an Otterbox for my phone because I end up dropping it regularly and can't afford to replace my phone all the time. Years ago when a jerk threw my phone as hard as he could to break it on purpose, there was no damage because of the Otterbox case it was in. 
That made me a lifetime customer of your product. Keep making them.

Always have Otterbox on your phone

Its a good case just kinda bulky and defeats the purpose of the new thinner design and the divet for the power button is so deap it makes it difficult to use the fingerprint scanner

Bulky

The case fits great and was easy to put on. However, the back is completely slick so my phone slides around constantly and it's extremely annoying. I will probably end up switching cases. I know they couldn't put on a skin on the whole thing because of how it unfolds, but it seems like they could have put a non slick pad on the back that wouldn't mess with the unfolding and would help it not slide around. That's my only issue with the case but unfortunately it's a big issue and it's extremely annoying.

The case is fine, I don't know if it's worth the price tag but it gets the job done. However the shape of the camera guards prevent pretty much all magsafe power banks from being able to connect properly. There was a promotion when I got this case and it came with a free otterbox brand magsafe power bank. The power bank stated it was compatible with defender series pro xt cases but the camera guards on the case prevented it from being able to snap on. Pretty disappointing. Circular magsafe accessories work better, but I recently got a ring stand that is slightly off center because of the camera guard.

Not compatible with a lot of magsafe products.

This case is gorgeous, but it's materials seem less sturdy than previous cases, and it's impossible to use with a screen protector as it will lift up the corners.

Beautiful but faulted

Advertised pics are not even close to what they ship out . Front bezel is to high makes front screen edges hard to get to. Hard plastic with no outter rubber layer , so little to no grip. Camera bezel offer little to no protection. Overall just terrible design and execution. I've been an otter box customer for 15 plus years and this case is just disappointing.

Terrible design , terrible function.

This otterbox has been a huge disappointment in that the access to the power button is hindered by the poor design of the case.  This also makes using the combination power swich/fingerprint sensor even more awkward.  Getting screenshots is now a two handed operation and you will no longer be able to make shots on the fly.  Finger printing now takes multiple zttempts to get it right.  I want my money back.

If you like to take screenshots, then forget this.

The hinge broke fast and didn't hold up to a small fall. This happened during the first week of having the case even though it was properly installed onto the device.  The design otherwise is functional and keeps the device safe.

Could be a good product

Not even a month of ownership and one drop completely destroyed the side cover strip, not a happy camper at all.. currently in the market to find another case not designed by otterbox

One drop and the case is already separating!!!
