I bought this to protect my new phone. I love that they removed the plastic screen cover as I always had to remove them on previous defender cases. Most people don't want to lose the touch screen sensitivity and will put something like a glass screen protector on instead. They have also made the defender far slimmer. I like the recessed backing to protect the cameras as well. Overall I'm a fan.

After researching which case to get for my phone I was in two minds about this due to some of the negative reviews. I had originally wanted a Pelican waterproof case but cannot seem to get that in my country. I decided to go for the Defender with screen protector and very pleased that I did. It's far better than I expected with none of the issues that other reviewers had mentioned with the case not fitting properly. This one fits my iPhone 11 Pro perfectly and was easy to do with the instructions being clear and coherent. Even the screen protector was simple with the provided template tool and other accessories. Even my wife wants it now for her Samsung Note 10+ but unfortunately the colour choice is limited to black not the purple that she really wants. That would be my only request for improvement. I would definitely buy again when it comes to changing my phone. I'm usually pretty careful with my phone but with a trip coming up this seemed necessary. Also I managed to knock it off a bedside table and didn't need to think about it being damaged. All ports are covered well, and it is little bit more effort to plug it into my car. Nobody has complained about not being able to hear me when talking and all sounds for me are as clear as when it was not in the case.

Made the right choice

I needed a new phone because the battery in my old phone would not make it til lunch time. When my new iPhone 11pro arrived it was so sleek I was terrified that it would slip out of my hands and break. I immediately began an online search for a case. I had an Otterbox on my aged iPhone 6 and it worked great. 

I eventually narrowed my search down to Otterbox and Lifeproof. The main difference as I saw it was that the Lifeproof came with an integral screen protector and the Otterbox did not. In reading reviews, many Otterbox owners lamented the absence of the built in screen protection. While many Lifeproof owners were unhappy with distortions created by the membrane on the front of the case, which was very noticeable in photos attached to several reviews. 

I opted for the Otterbox and I bought a screen protector from another vendor. Shipping took a bit longer than usual thanks to COVID 19! During those days without a case I noticed how often I accidentally pressed the side buttons on my phone and how slippery it was. The screen protector came first and I applied it noticing how it did not extend completely to the edge of the front glass (due to the curvature of the phone, I'm told.). Now the front was protected but I was still worried about the camera which protruded from the rear. 

When the Otterbox arrived I wiped down the phone and put the case together around it. Finally I could securely hold my new phone. I no longer press the buttons accidentally but the case actually improves the action of pressing the side buttons. The silence switch is covered by a flap and that takes more effort than I would like to operate. But it can be done and that's a minor inconvenience. 

Now that I've had the case for a few weeks, I will say that I really like the design of it. The camera is protected by not protruding past the thickness of the back of the case. The case still allows wireless charging. As for utilizing a separate screen protector, I think the resolution of the screen is preserved by this method and swiping from any edge is undeterred. 

I am an electrician and work in some very dusty environments. Occasionally dust would manage to get inside my old otterbox with the built in screen protector and collect under the front and back of the case. After a particularly dusty couple days of work, I removed my new phone from the case and was impressed that there was no dust inside the new “screen less” case. 

I would highly recommend this case for your iPhone 11pro!

Another great case from Otterbox

I bought this case for my new iPhone 11pro, and thank goodness I did. In one month I have dropped my phone in a toilet and on the ice playing broomball... it was totally unscathed!!!

I have purchased an Otter box with belt clip for my iPhones, for the last 12 years. love them,, if my belt clips brakes, they replace it,, free of charge..

quality product

The case is great. Just what I was looking for. I bought the amplify glass to go with it and the adhesive is missing in a spot so it doesn't stick to the phone. I have tried to fix it but it doesn't work. You say you warranty your products but you can't put a claim in online and the wait on the phone is too long. not happy with the glass but the case is what I wanted.

Iphone 11 pro case

Bought the defender screenless case for my iPhone 11 pro. The fit is perfect as always and the phone feels rock solid and protected. I have had several Otterbox defender cases in the past for all my phones. I've yet to put a scratch on a phone that was in this case. And, I'm pretty rough on them. Lots of drops and abuse. I do always add a screen protector which so far has done its job. The Otterbox cases are not cheap, but compared to the price of a new phone it's definitely worth it.

Great as usual...

My iPhone 11 Pro arrived on Friday and I could not wait to set it up and install my new OtterBox Defender Case. This case is the best designed OtterBox Defender I have purchased and I have owned iPhones since 2007. It fits amazingly tight and really is an extension of my phone. 

I won't use a phone without a case and that case must be an OtterBox Defender.

Excellent Engineering

All of my previous phones have used OtterBox cases and they are very well made.  I was able to purchase a new phone this year and the fit is not as good as previous cases I have gotten from OtterBox.  This case if very hard to place in the belt clip, just way too tight.  Most of the time I have to remove the belt clip and work the phone into the clip holder than force the phone to click in place.  I was surprised the quality was not as good this time around.

Have always had otterbox defense series and wish they wouldn't have changed the design as now the front does not have any protection unless you purchase a screen protector separately

I bought a cover for iphone 11 Pro...took over a month to get.  Also bought the belt holster...it is the wrong one.  Doubtful if I send it back it will get resolved and if so the phone will be an antique by then.  Still waiting on a second phone protector for Pixel...been over a month.  I will NEVER deal with this company again which doesn't even communicate to contact in any form.
