I think this is my 3rd phone to have a Symmetry case on it. It's a comfortable in between being too small and not helpful and too big and bulky. It always comes in black which is a huge plus for me. It's got great rubberized sides around the screen. The one thing about this compared to the same case on older model phones is the inside of the back of the case doesn't seem to have a rubber layer. It made me a bit sad. It's just the perception of being safer I guess. Maybe it didn't actually add much value.

Have had several Symmetry cases over the years.  I drop my phone A LOT!  The case is very durable. Just upgraded my phone after 2 years and multiple hard hit drops phone looked brand new at trade in time.

Great product

I love the vintage look this case gives my phone. It really compliments my phone's appearance all while providing great protection and not being so bulky! Since I've started using this case, my phone has already taken a couple of bad drops and came back unharmed.

Love the design and feel

I bought this case for my new IPhone 11Pro and love it. The design is really simple and beautiful. I love the “stone” effect. It's natural and not too flashy but still really elegant. I am also very pleased how study the case seems to be. I have every confidence that this case will protect my phone in falls and drops. Love it!

Simple and Beautiful

The quality isn't the same as before. I have the same case on my iphone 7, the 7's case has a small amount of rubber inside the case the 11pro don't. the 7's case buttons are better the 11pro buttons ratel and just feel cheap. the 7's cases rubber sides are better more flexible and conform to the phone better, the 11pro cases is harder conforms less and its harder to get the phone in and out of. still a good case maybe 3.5 star as before it was a 5 star case. In todays world cases are getting better and this one just ridding the name.

quality isnt the same

I've been buying otter box phone cases since they have made them for iPhone. The iPhone 11 case feels extremely cheap compared to other cases even cheaper the last years iPhone XS. A little disappointed. The only thing keeping me from buying a different case is loyalty I guess.

Cheaper feel the previous otter box phone cases

I loved my iPhone X Symmetry case so bought the new 11 Pro version for my new phone.  Upon receiving it I noticed it's not as thick as the previous one I had therefore I may need to return it to get better protection from drops.

Less protective than the iPhone X Symetry Case

The design of my new otterbox is much worse than my prior one.  I take my phone everywhere, so it was great that my old one had a flap for protecting the hole for plugging it in, to protect it from dirt.  The new one has no such flap.  I would like to know where or how to get one like my old one.

Inferior Design

I'll probably be returning this case. I've had this for about a week and the rubber finish on the edges is peeling up already despite me not even being at work and being very mild on the use (phone has been on a table or in pocket the entire time). This is probably the 6th or 7th otter box I've had and my first impression with this one was that it seemed cheaper than the last ones I'd owned.

Not the quality they once were

I highly do not recommend the yellow color. It looked great at first with my green iPhone. If you wear jeans, it rubs off on the rubber part of the case and makes it look super dirty. I have had the case less than 2 weeks and it looks like I have had it for a year. That said, it protects the phone well.
