I bought a new "amplify" screen protector for my new iPhone 13 Pro Max; I was really surprised with the clarity, and the sensitivity that presented no issues with touch. The screen colors were great! I had a little trouble getting the spots out of it on installation. Its just very hard to get laid down properly even with the tool(s) provided. I had a few areas where it looked like dirt that would just not get removed and created a bubble or two that were in the middle of the screen protector..... I requested a replacement, and one was sent within a week, and it came out GREAT this time! Very Happy with the product and support.

Advice: package two of these in one box.... its almost asking for problems to have a piece that is harder to install work out on the first try! People like me would pay a little extra for two protectors in a box!

Purchased this screen protector to give it a try with my new phone. So far no issues with it cracking or breaking in the last month. The best part about the whole setup is the installation. They give you a frame to put your phone in along with the screen protector attached to that. You peel off the backside and there is a slot at the top of the frame and protector that you hook into. Then just press down and apply it to the phone. Goes on easily and perfect. Just smooth out any bubble (I had very few small ones) and then you're good to go.

Great product

Having worked for wireless carriers for 26 years and I will never use another case other than Otterbox.  I have to say they outdid themselves with the Defender XT.  All the mighty protection of the Defender without the bulk!!!!!  5x more drop protection.  A total WIN!  I recently had to order another case - went to the IPhone 13 Pro Max and it is an amazing case for this large phone.

Best phone cover yet

I purchased this at the beginning of the month, It fits my phone very well.  It is easy to install. And with the optional glass screen protector I feel my phone will be like new when eventually replaced.  Usually every 3-4 generations.

Great Protective Case

Hi, I really like the Defender case and the wireless charging system.  But followed all instructions on the screen protector to the letter and it is pulling away from my screen after only a week.

Case and charger are great.  Screen protector bad

I bought the screen protector about a month ago. After one week it got scratched, otter box sent me a new one right away. Applied the new one and it has a small bubble on the top that is in the glass. Tried several times to lift and push out but it won't come out. Other then that it's a good product, smooth to the touch and will protect your screen.

Screen protector is very clear but probe to get air bubbles.  Air bubbles cause the touch screen to become less sensitive.

Amplify screen protector prone to air bubbles

I bought a second screen protector after having issues with the first one. The second one turned out the same. Two small bubbles towards the top where the applicator was taped to the protector, and it started peeling up in the corners almost right away. I still have it on the phone, but am about to remove it and simply go without after buying AppleCare+ for it in case the screen breaks. If only the protectors were like the older ones where you simply placed a frame around the bare phone and placed it on. I never had a problem with those, but this new style applicator is what I believe to be the root issue.

Not as good as their previous screen protectors

Broke in my purse, jostling about as I was getting into a friend's car.  I placed in my bag and it was fine.  Pulled out 10 minutes later to check our route and it was cracked.  I am a huge fan of Corning and see it as one of our last materials innovators here in the US, so its failure came as a significant disappointment.  I guess we will be outdone.

Didn't last three full weeks

This comes with a jig you put your phone in to align the screen protector did not work well at all. The glass itself is great
