I purchased this OtterBox for my son I had one on my iPhone 4s for a very long time without as much as a scratch on my  iPhone 4s when I removed it from the OtterBox case another "Defender" it looked brand new. I just upgraded to an iPhone 7 Plus 128GB and before the phone even ever came in I ordered a new OtterBox Defender for it I really like the new style pocket/belt clips, I will always keep all my phones in OtterBox cases I trust them and I depend on them to protect my phones and now I convinced my son he LOVES the rear phone clip when I showed him how the clip locks to make a stand he loves to lock it and turn it sideways so he can watch videos while he is either cooking or cleaning in the kitchen. When I first bought an iPhone, I was aware how easy it was to break the screen so I looked around for the best case to protect it. After 5 years heavy use, the phone is unmarked, despite being dropped many times. On buying a new iPhone 6s I ordered a new Otterbox Defender straight away. I hope it will be as good as the last one.

Otterbox Defender

This is my second Defender series Otter Box in 3 years. The first one could've been in a commercial. It held up after being run-over, dropped from the second story of a construction site, dropped at innumerable shows, thrown by an angry relative (don't ask), and getting soaked at least twice from hanging out by a pool. 
I hope the second lasts for another 3 years and cannot emphasize enough what a life saver this case has been!

Second Otter Box

The Otter "Defender" does a great job of giving me access to all my iPhone's functions while protecting it from unintended kinetic energy transfers.  The rubber-baby-bumper case also helps prevent dropping it in the first place, by giving the slick-bodied iPhone 6s a much more positive grip.

I drop things. Not on soft surfaces like carpets. On hard surfaces like blacktop driveways. My previous iPhones had little scrapes and scuffs here and there. When I bought my new phone, I swore I wasn't going to let that happen. My OtterBox gives my phone more than enough protection, and yet it doesn't look like I've locked it in a safe. The box itself is very attractive. You'd think that IT was the phone.

Incredible peace of mind

My holster got caught in the dentist's chair and broke. I was delighted that I could purchase just the holster since there was nothing wrong with the case on my phone; which I've had for 2 1/2 years. This product had done a great job protecting my iPhone. I love that I can clip my phone to my pocket or waist.  The only negative thing I can say is the cover that protects the screen is a little funky. I cut it out and use the glass one from another manufacturer in its place.

Great product

I overall like this case and clip. What I am having problems with is the fingerprint identification. It doesn't seem to record through it very well and is intermittent in recognition.  I keep my phone locked and use the fingerprint to open it rapidly.  Now I try the recognition multiple times and then still have to enter my pass code.  Very frustrating.

I like the case besides the screen protector. It's fine for the first few days, then it bubbles up from the screen making you have to push harder to work your phone. Aggravating when typing.
This is my 3rd case within a year. I was hoping they would fix it by now.
Other than that, it's a great case.

Defender 6 Plus Case

I purchased a teal case. The case is solid and works, just like an otterbox case should. The color is sky blue, which I wasn't happy about, not teal. It was labelled as teal and definitely isn't. Had I known what color it was going to turn out to be, I would have gotten a different case.

Solid Case - Color not right

This case has a clear cover that goes over the screen that makes it so the swipe up doesn't work.  Also, I have to press really hard to make everything else work.  It's very sturdy, so much so that I couldn't remove the case after I first put it on my phone.  I finally got it off using some small tools!  It would have been a great protector if it allowed the screen to function completely.
