When I ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max, I knew I wanted a Frē case for it. I got a cheaper kind to hold me while I waited, but it just wasn't good enough. The Frē with MagSafe is perfect in every way. Most importantly, it is surprisingly thin! I love having the built-in screen protector. The MagSafe works brilliantly, and I always charge it with a MagSafe charger. The button coverings are well done, and the way the cover for the new shortcut button sticks out means I'm much more likely to actually use it.

Only case I will put my phone in!   I have had one on every phone I have ever owned.

There are no other cases

Normally love my Otterbox's however this time day 2 and my camera screen had scratches already. I work as a mechanic and know I am hard on a phone but this is too fast, you should sell small screen protectors.

Case is watertight but many of the functions, most importantly the screen near the edges, are very unreliable and make using the phone a frustrating experience.  I do not recommend this case.  Otterbox makes fantastic phone cases but this is not one of them.

Case Adversely Impacts Phone Functionality

People can not hear you talk when you are on speaker phone.

The case is low quality, and otterbox actually recommends that you leak-test it before use (shouldn't that have already been done?).  The buttons feel terrible/mushy—you can't tell whether the buttons are actually being pressed.  The o-rings making the case waterproof seem cheap and Ill-fitting.  Finally, I just tried to contact customer service and was told to try back later.  Unbelievably disappointing for a brand that markets its products as premium offerings.

Disappointing

The camera box is slightly off from the lens.. this leaves a reflection on pictures and doesn't fit the camera lenses as it should to get the full benefit. The signal strength with the case on is terrible. Since using the case I get more service Interruption, call loss, and many calls don't come in. 

Easy to open and close vs the older models of the clips, it has a better screen cover, and better port connectivity. 

But with a camera that is not working like it should and most importantly calls getting dropped or not coming in, it's defective and a big expense to not have work as it should.

Needs improvement

I love the case but I could not be heard from others on my calls. I had to remove the case in order for people to hear me.
