To heat the chickpeas and sweet potato dhal soup in a 1200-watt microwave, transfer the contents into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover, and microwave on HIGH until warm, stirring before serving. This soup was very delicious. The flavour was perfect and the aroma was not overwhelming. Will buy this soup again and will try others from the same brand.

A different flavour of soup to canned ones I usually buy. This was good heated up on two separate occasions, once for lunch and once for dinner. Would repurchase.

Delicious New Soup

Just the right amount of spiciness. I love the soft bits of sweet potato mixed in with the chickpeas. Delicious!! And the size of the can is a good portion for the price.

A Little Sassy

Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a healthy soup. Great for supper or lunch or just a quick snack   Made very healthy so you don't have to worry about it

A very healthy soup

The title says it all. It's a hearty soup with just the slightest tang. The pairing of sweet potatoes and chickpeas go well together. I enjoyed this soup on a summer day, and it'll was fine then, but I think I'll really enjoy it on a crisp fall day more.

If You Like Curried Chickpeas, You'll Like This

I'll be honest, when I first opened this can of soup, I wasn't entirely sure that I would like it. Even after my first spoonful, I wasn't sold on it. But the more I started eating it the more I started really enjoying it. I feel like it's restaurant quality soup. I would probably buy it again.

Surprisingly good soup!

The soup is excellent and delicious, a blow the soup warmed up it is just as tasty. Everyone at home loves it and would like to eat it all the time

Chickpea and sweet potato soup

This soup tastes and looks very much like homemade. It has pieces of sweet potatoes, chickpeas, split peas, and authentic spices. It's a delicious meal for the entire family.

Great tasting soup

The seasoning and flavour of the soup is ok - not a lot of heat but still nice taste. The texture left a lot to be desired. Almost mealy, and seemed as if the chickpeas hadn't been left to soak long enough.

I'm always looking for new soups to try and I really like chickpeas and sweet potatoes both so I thought I would try this soup. Well needless to say I was quite disappointed because the liquid does not look like the picture on the can. The liquid is very thin and there's just a lot of chickpeas with hardly any sweet potatoes. There was maybe 3 pieces.  I also found it to be quite spicy at least for myself. I don't like spicy food with a fair bit of heat and I found after I would swallow this soup there would be a hot spiciness lingering in my mouth. I just wasn't overly impressed with this soup and will not be buying it again.

Very thin liquid and hardly any sweet potatoes.
