These sirloin & prime rib burgers are made with 2 premium cuts of beef that are perfectly spiced and packed with savoury flavour. Prepared using ingredients, these beef burgers are a crowd-pleasing barbecue staple. To prepare these frozen burgers, barbeque them on a preheated grill on medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side, or preheat 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat, and pan fry them for 4-6 minutes per side. Whether done on a barbecue or fried in a pan, these burger patties offer a very satisfying taste with lots of flavour.  Although they do contain some salt, there are no other additives listed in the ingredients.  For those on a restrictive diet, read the nutritional values chart and guage your portions accordingly.

My grandson liked the burger very much. A real compliment with a 10/10 from a seven year old.    I thought it fairly tasty and was easy to fry in nonstick skillet.

Good size, really tasty, and juicy burger.  Great in the air fryer and on the bbq.  I've been really pleased with them and will definitely buy them again.

Our Finest Sirloin & Prime Rib Beef Burgers

I'm not a fan of frozen beef burgers, and be quite honest I rarely eat beef burgers in general. I'm the sort of person that duplicates Heston Blumenthal's efforts to make the best burger from his show the road to perfection however, there are times you want a burger without expending 8 hours to go thru the process of making perfection. So my wife and I recently taste tested a number of frozen burgers to find the best of the variety... and this was it.

The main draw of this burger is the prime rib component, and the prime rib flavour shines through very well indeed on these burgers. The taste is excellent and distinctly prime rib beefy. 

The texture is typical of premade frozen burgers, uniform, chewy and not really that appealing but not off-putting. The patties are moist if not overcooked but they don't drip juice the way a fresh burger does. 

You may want to save these burgers for those with refined adult palates who will appreciate the prime rib flavour. 

One caveat, DONT OVERCOOK at all or these become garbage as will any other frozen burger. 

I pre-cook these in sous vide immersion cooker at 135F for 2 hours, then flash chill in ice bath. Once chilled I pop them in the fridge until I'm ready to toss on the grill, where they will get a nice sear on both sides over an infra-red burner. By the time the burger is seared it will be heated thru to a nice 135-140 at most so the burger wont have lost too much moisture.

The "adult" frozen burger patty

Average burger, nothing special, no great amazing flavours or anything to make it stand out. It wasn't bad either though, just a kinda boring standard frozen burger patty.

These burgers cooked up nicely, had nice flavour but they were so salty we were all drinking water for the rest of the day. Too much salt!

The burgers had freezer burn along the sides of all 8 patties, and on the face of the 2 top burgers. I had to shave off the burns before cooking. All 8 burgers were in a single thin plastic bag with air trapped within. I have purchased similar burgers from other retailers, which were vacuum seal in 2 sets of 4, in a much thicker plastic, thus preventing freezer burn.
