Platinum New Age Grill Exceeds Expectations...

We purchased the grill and a side counter/storage unit. They're a fantastic addition to our lifestyle! We love hosting family and friends and being outdoors. We even rotisserie'd our thanksgiving turkey! It did take a while to unpack and peel all of the protective film, but was well worth it for the fantastic price point. We love the customized covers, too.

Fantastic outdoor kitchen!

A fer minor upgrade would have helped.  Power cord for burner; grill and rotesserie are very short... should be at least 5-6 feet long.  There is a design flow on the door cabinet where the trash containers are... it forces me to open both doors before I can access the trash buckets, and that is due to the lip on door on the trash container side.

Almost perfect need slight improvement

Always have purchase their garage cabinets.  The grill cabinets are made the same way.  They need to put holes in the bottom panel to feed the NG line out.  Very difficult to drill holes in.

Good quality

This grill has been great so far! The sear burner gets incredibly hot and can sear each side of a steak in about 30 seconds flat, and the grill itself easily gets up to temperature in about 5-10min so I don't have to wait forever for it to preheat. I even had a chance to test out the rotisserie a few days ago to cook a turkey and eveyone was very please how juicy it turned out. I actually removed a couple of the briquette trays and was able to fit a large drip pan underneath and even threw in some charcoal on the side for added flavor!

So far very pleased!

Bought this grill and now have installed it into my outdoor kitchen. not hard to install but needs 2 people.  fits perfectly in my Newage cabinet.The quality of the grill is awesome. Has a large cooking surface, beautiful briquettes, gets super hot when it comes to sear function. Lights are a nice feature, though not sure how much I will need them in the city! Highly recommend this grill. I've owned a number of different brands in my life, this seems to be one of the best.

I bought this and after a couple of months' use, the light switch (to turn on the inside lights) got stuck and cannot be turned off :(
