I ordered the Outsunny set for our garden and got it the very next day, so I was very pleased about it. The set is beautiful and the quality is good but the only problem is that the furniture set is very small. It is ideal for a small space.

sturdy, attractive, useful,  but a bit heavy to move around and quite difficult to assemble. no written directions, just a few pictures and a bag full of hardware. had to get help and it took them a long time.

Purchased for my 10 year old Shih Tzu, he's still learning to use it. It takes some patience and training. Good quality but missing some tools. My daughter put it together, she used a coin. Overall happy with the product, looks nice and sturdy.

Low to the ground and quite delicate

Pretty to look at,but not very big, doesn't feel sturdy enough for my 200lb. husband. wasn't easy to put together with Allen head screws, instructions where somewhat confusing as far as what size screw to use in each hole.

Pretty set, but very small.

The wood looks nice but the assembly was quite a disaster.  Putting this product together was nearly impossible.  It appeared that the company tried to mirror Ikea's assembly system, which is easy, but somehow this company failed to do so.  The instructions are not very intuitive (again, Ikea's similar but intuitive) and assembly does not work.  Two screws were too short, the assembly from the inside of the steps is impossible to do.  It was a very frustrating process.  My husband is a very handy man and he even stated that this is one terrible design.  He end up attaching the steps with our own screws and just made it work.  I was very disappointed.  The steps are heavier, which I like.  The wood finish is nice but if you are not handy and don't have your own tools and imagination, I would recommend to keep looking for another product.

Came missing a part and we were unable to put it together.

DONT BUY

This is not for parakeets, both of my birds fit through the bars.....should not be advertised for small birds. I wasted my money on this cage
