The chair was bigfer than i anticipated. The quality was terrible. The painting was poorly done with areas missing paint, and areas with drips. There were multiple broken pieces, and warped slats. Considering the crappy chair, when i contacted customer service, they answered very quickly and provided multiple options to rectify the situation. They were very helpful.

The seat base split apart during assembly and I had to glue and screw it back together. I figured this was easier than attempting a return.

We returned the chairs. They didnt seem to go together properly.  And felt once you were rocking in it. It wouldnt be sturdy.
