This is our first fire table for our deck .The first one we got did not work and Aosom exchanged it with in a few days no questions ask . Great experience.

We are happy with the product but... don't be fooled by Walmarts online returns! They will not return anything over $250!! You have to send it back to product company and pay shipping!! Even though we were assured there would be no problem returning the item when we asked the online customer representative on the phone prior to ordering!! Not happy!

Table is not very sturdy and the thermocouple was broken. I had to purchase another one online for the flame to stay lit.
