I love it.  I thought the was some assembly involved but the only thing I had to do was slip on the seat cover.  It is very comfortable and love sitting on my balcony in the day or evening.   I might just sleep out on a very hot night.

Ottsanny Reclining Zero Gravity

If you need a outdoor chair- this is the one you want!

Fun in the sun

Chair cover washes easily and stores well.

A bit smaller than expected.   Fabric is very light weight.  Not pleased.

Ergo chair & cover

Chair is really comfortable and sturdy. Loved it but….. it is hard for a short person, my brother loved it it was perfect for him. I'm 5.2@tall and he is 6.2”. Loved the product made an excellent birthday present for him.

I bought this a few weeks ago.  The package was damaged when it arrived and it was left in my building lobby rather than being brought to my door which was problematic as I use a mobility aid and the lobby requires me to go up and down a number of steps.  It was difficult to get it to the apartment as it was large and awkward.  I was glad that it came assembled except for requiring the cushion to be tied on.  The cushion was not the colour that was shown online (red not blue) but returning it is too much of a hassle.  It can be a bit tricky to open and close but it feels sturdy enough.  Fairly comfortable.

Wrong colour and poor delivery but ok quality

I ordered the chair online, but before it was even picked up by UPS the price was reduced and there was a 20% off sale. I immediately chatted with customer service to see if they could credit my card. They refused and insisted I had to wait to receive the chair, return it to the store and order the item again. This would have cost them the shipping fees again, and inconvenienced me as well. So great product, but terrible customer service. I've had the same experience with other stores and had no issue, and received the sale price immediately. I ordinarily would have no issue but the price difference was almost $25. I will look elsewhere before I order from Walmart again.
