The chair is very comfortable - good quality.  The chair was very easy to put together.  The recliner part did not work when we received it - contacted the company immediately.  They responded back quickly and corrected the problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very hard to put together due to the fact that the screws were not marked and directions did not match the correct screws to use. The instructions are horrible with none of the parts marked to match the booklet. Takes a lot of patience and time to assemble. Appearance great.

Wicker rocker recliner

It's a great rocking chair once you get past the absolute garbage instructions. Take time to look at every bit of the vague instructions, be prepared and patient. There are some videos online that I had to reference but was not for the exact model.

Great rocking chair

Tried for 3 hours to even start to assemble,  had Son in law come out,  he is very good
at assembly  he could not get the chair together.  Have to return

Assembly too Hard

Instructions are terrible, have to figure out the rocking part on your own. When reclined, very awkward, not comfortable. Company never responded when I sent a video of chair not working, had to micgivor it to make it work. Do not recommend!

This product is a disaster. The nuts and bolts aren't marked. It's not safe the way it's been instructed to assemble. This product is cheap and too fragile to be used.

a Piece of junk!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible product. The pump that's suppose to aid the reclining of the chair, doesn't work. Customer service offered a replacement, which had the exact same issue. The initial chair had rusty metals and the gas pump container stated an explanation date of 2020. The replacement gas pump container was expired in 2022. Waist of money, time, and energy.

Do NOT buy! Terrible item!!
