a little disappointed with the finished product from factory. customer service outstanding and very easy to accommodate a return of the item. I understand that things happen and does not change my view on the ease of ordering and how great the customer service is with company. I will continue to buy products from this company.

Adirondack wooden rocking chair

At first, I wasn't sure if I liked it.
The purchase process was seamless, and the parcel arrived very quickly.
It was packaged very well, and everything was labelled clearly.
Assembly took about 30 minutes with a 10mm wrench, and a powered screwdriver.
I did notice that the varnish in some spots wasn't applied very well, as it had visible drips.
But that's ok, as the price more than makes up for small issues like this.
Once assembled, and placed on my porch, I sat down, and noticed my feet didn't touch the ground.
Hence, the reason for the review title.
I guess I was expecting the same experience sitting in a non-rocking Adirondack chair.
But, the more I sat, the more I liked the way I felt like I was floating, kind of like a zero-gravity chair.
And with a gentle motion of my body, the rocking action is soothing.
For the money, it's a no-brainer purchase.

love this chair for reading on my deck with a cup of tea   the chair is really light and easy to assemble.

This is a gorgeous stand, that we were able to assemble in under in hour. Then we tried our hammock that is 113 inches long and should have fit as it said most 121 inch hammocks should fit this stand and we ended up with our buttocks on the wood on the bottom of the stand. So we got a different hammock. Same thing! So I finally ordered a smaller hammock that was only 108 inches long and we again ended up with our butts on the ground. This is a beautiful stand, for very small hammocks! I am returning it, because we want a double hammock and this stand doesnt seem to be working for those. I am very disappointed, because I absolutely loved the wooden design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the style of the chairs and I was excited to get them.  however when putting them together I realized the wood one one of the chairs had worm holes in it.  there was no way to turn the back over and use the other side.  the backside was barely painted
I really would like a new back piece which would mean of course I would have to take the chair apart and I am not so sure it would be a tight match after that.  what can be done about this?

I bought two chairs. Very average product quality. Retouching of obvious paintings that is not very aesthetic first time sitting over the arm of a chair cracked I weigh 130 pounds. Very disappointed with my cheap purchase and is worth it.

Very disappointed

I bought two of these chairs and have had them for less than two weeks.  They've already has started to fade, the paint is chipping off, and there is mold growing on them. They look like I've had them for at least a year.
